Who is Maple Leaf Kitchen & Bath?

We are a GTA-based kitchen and bathroom renovation specialist, part of the Maple Leaf group of companies (which also includes Maple Leaf Quality Renos Inc., Maple Leaf Basement Inc., and Maple Leaf Renos Group Inc.). Our focus is exclusively on kitchen and bathroom renovation, design, permit management, and construction under one coordinated team, serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area.

What makes you different from other kitchen and bathroom contractors in the GTA?

We specialize exclusively in kitchens and bathrooms, those are the only two renovation types we complete. Every process, trade relationship, and lesson learned across hundreds of GTA kitchen and bathroom projects is concentrated on delivering better outcomes in those two spaces. We also manage design, permits, and construction through a single coordinated team, eliminating the gaps that occur when separate parties handle these independently.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry General Commercial Liability insurance and are fully WSIB compliant. All electrical work is performed by licensed electricians under ESA permits. All plumbing is performed by licensed plumbers with required permits. We provide documentation on request and consider verification to be responsible due diligence.

What is your service area?

We serve the full GTA including: Central GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke); East GTA and Durham Region (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering); West GTA (Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener); and surrounding communities including Barrie, Newmarket, Aurora, Innisfil, and Bradford.

Do you offer free consultations and estimates?

Yes, completely free, with no obligation to proceed. Our estimate process includes an in-person site visit to assess your specific kitchen or bathroom, a detailed discussion of your goals and budget, and a comprehensive written estimate that itemizes every scope element. There is no cost and no pressure to move forward.

What is your payment schedule?

Our standard payment schedule is: 10% booking deposit at contract signing; 30% at construction start; 40% at major construction milestones; and 20% at final walkthrough and project completion. The final 20% is not due until you are satisfied with the completed work.

Can you match or beat a competitor's estimate?

Yes, up to 5%, when the comparison is genuinely equivalent: same scope, same materials, same licensed trades, same permit management, same warranty. We do not compete with quotes that use unlicensed trades, skip permits, or carry no warranty, because those comparisons are not equivalent.

Do you work with condo owners as well as homeowners?

Yes. Condo kitchen and bathroom renovations have specific considerations, condo board approval requirements, working hour restrictions, building protection, noise management, elevator booking, and waste disposal rules. Our team is experienced in GTA condo renovation environments and manages all building requirements on your behalf.

How do you handle material procurement?

We work with established GTA suppliers for cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and flooring. We can work with materials you supply or source all materials on your behalf. Our supplier relationships give us access to quality products at competitive pricing.
